Are your watches, bracelets, and straps water resistant?

Yes they are! All of our timepieces, bracelets and accessories are tested to be up to 5 ATM water resistant. However, to keep your genuine Italian leather band or steel mesh strap in the best condition avoid getting it wet or it may cause damage.

Are the straps on your watches interchangeable?

Yes. All current Edmon West watches feature a unique interchangeable strap system where you can take off watch bands and switch them easily without any tools! You can also attach aftermarket bands if you feel the need to as well. With this system your watch will be a perfect fit for every occasion. Our straps are sized at 20mm in width.

I have the mesh band watch, how do I adjust the size to fit me?

Sure thing, easy! Follow the diagram below to resize your mesh band to be the perfect fit for your wrist. The process really is that simple!

How long is the warranty on Edmon West watches?

Each Edmon West timepiece includes an 18 month international warranty for your ultimate peace of mind. More information on the warranty here.

 

How long is my order going to take to arrive?

Without knowing the exact specifics of your location and the products you ordered, it’s difficult to say. We want you and your order to be together as soon as possible, though, so we make every effort to ensure this happens! Our shipping policy goes into more detail on this. We offer FREE "next-day delivery" Express postage Australia wide and standard free shipping for international shipping. If you need very urgent express international delivery please write to our support team and we will take care of you.

Does Edmon West ship internationally?

Edmon West ships internationally. Check our Shipping Policy for further details. Any issues during the checkout process should be forwarded to sales@edmonwest.com, so that we can take care of them right away.

Will duties apply when shipping internationally?

Orders received from outside Australia may be subject to customs tariffs, depending on your country’s customs authorities. These fees flow directly to your local government, leaving it out of Edmon West control entirely. This means that we neither profit nor are responsible for the payment of any fees arising from the purchase of our products.

If the watches are too small or too big can I get a refund and return my watch?

For sizing issues, there are no refunds or returns because all relevant measurements are stated on the product descriptions. If you change your mind about the watch you're allowed to return it for an immediate full-refund (Less Shipping) in lieu of either in store credit or money depending on your situation. Returns only valid if it arrives back to Edmon West in the same perfect condition as which it left (within 14 days).

How much does shipping cost for my order?

For orders under $50 there is a standard shipping charge applied at checkout, and all watches ship free worldwide, or orders above $100. Any promotions or announcements indicating free shipping only apply to orders above $100.
